Can You Kick It? 

Get your kicks on: We’re bringing back the Defined Kickball Championship, happening Saturday, August 16! This event was so popular last year, we had to do it twice! Gear up for a day of fun, right outside our space in Gill Park.

3, 2, 1…Lift Off! 

Our annual Summer Lift Off is back on Saturday, August 23! 

Test your Olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) in an exciting, zero-pressure environment with support and helpful tips from coaches. 

No stage, no judges. Good vibes only. 

This fun, free, and informal event is open to all Defined athletes and their friends.

Ready to Recover? Trial Yoga with Chunghwa 

Are you yearning for the return of Recovery Yoga? We’re hoping to bring it back this fall — but we need you to vote with your attendance. Join us for a trial yoga session with Defined athlete, Chunghwa Suh, on Sunday, August 24.

Chunghwa has been part of the Defined community since 2023 and teaches vinyasa-focused yoga classes to train both the body and the mind.
