Congrats to Konnor Browne who ran an incredibly fast 5K in 19:33 with a 6:18 mile pace! He placed 19 overall out of 5,000. Way to go!
Congrats to Coach Chandler and Coach Emily for standing on the top of the podium in the RX division at the Rumble on Ravenswood.
The Scaled Women’s division was a clean sweep 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for Defined Women! Way to go.
