Show Your Pride at the Defined Pride Throwdown!

Get your rainbow gear ready!🌈

There's still time to join us for the Defined Pride Throwdown, our annual charity competition celebrating the LGBTQ+ community. This year, the event will be held in our space on Saturday, June 14, with all proceeds benefiting the Lighthouse Foundation. The Lighthouse Foundation is a multiracial social justice organization that advances justice for Black LGBTQ+ people through empowerment, education, and entertainment.

All fitness levels are welcome: We have RX, Intermediate, Scaled, and Just For Fun divisions — there’s a place for everyone. 

Need a partner? Email Coach Chandler. She’ll set you up with someone at your level! 

Ready to throw down? Cost is $60 per team (each individual pays $30), and shirts are optional at $20/each. That’s $100 total between you and a teammate — all going toward a good cause. Register here.


Don’t want to compete, but want to support? Buy a shirt, or volunteer at the event! Email Coach Chandler.

Hard Work Pays Off: Murph & 1,000 Pound Club 2025

Ten-plus weeks of hard work are over, and we have a lot to celebrate as a community! More than 50 athletes participated in our annual Murph Challenge over Memorial Day weekend. Plus, our 1,000 Pound Club welcomed 80 new members after a strong testing week, with 65% hitting at least one new PR!

1,000 Pound Club: 16 Members!

900 Pound Club: 8 Members!

800 Pound Club: 8 Members!

600 Pound Club: 15 Members!

500 Pound Club: 9 Members!

Each of these milestone clubs is an incredible achievement and a direct result of your hard work and focus — be proud! 

What's Next in Our Training Cycle?

We'll be focusing on the Strict Press, Hang Power Clean/Snatch, and Front or Overhead Squat (the choice is yours!). You'll also have dedicated skill work for the Rope Climb and Bar Muscle Up. Plus, we're adding a secondary focus on rotational movements to build a stronger core and make your body more resilient and injury-proof.
