September is here and soon we’ll have a nice, brisk chill in the air to enjoy when we’re running through the park. As we wrap up Cycle #7, we’ll enter a deload week before diving into our next cycle — expect a write-up on what to expect in the coming weeks.

It’s that time of year again: the Race to Wrigley 5K is happening Sunday, September 21, and we always look forward to running, jogging, and walking the race as a gym. Register here, and sign up in PushPress so we know how many people we have attending!

Recovery Yoga with Chunghwa 

Thanks to all who attended Chunghwa’s first Recovery Yoga session — we’re keeping it on the schedule every Sunday, but the time will alternate to accommodate our HYROX training session on Sundays. 

September 7 & 21, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

September 14 & 28, 1-2 p.m.
