As we enter July, we’re starting a new cycle: Cycle #6 continues the work from Cycle #5, turning up the heat on our Front/Overhead Squat and Strict Press, plus advancing from the Hang Power Clean to a full Squat Clean + Jerk. You can also expect longer Metcons to push your engine and gymnastics focuses on the Kip Swing and Double-Under

Coach’s Corner: Meet Coach Jarryd!

This month we’re catching up with Coach Jarryd Widhalm, who joined our community in 2020 and our coaching staff in 2021. 

Coach Jarryd found his love for CrossFit during a challenging time in his personal life — the methodology and the community lifted him back up. Hear his story, plus how his love for improv translates to the training floor in his coaching style.

Defined Pride Circuit 2026: A Cause Worth Sweating For🌈


We dreamed big, we planned hard, and showed up to make this Pride Month something to remember. Thank you to our incredible community of volunteers, competitors, bakers, and supporters who helped make the Defined Pride Circuit a huge success. 

57 athletes. 28 teams. 30 volunteers. 16 bakers. $2,100 raised for The OUT Foundation$1,019 from the bake sale alone! 

Watching you move through 10 stations across our neighborhood — sweating through WODs, running checkpoints past landmarks that carry so much meaning, cheering on teammates — that was the whole point.

1,000lb Club: Results Are In ✅


We trained, we tested, and we moved some serious weight. The results from our 1,000lb Club training cycle are in, and if you found 1-rep maxes in Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift that equal 500lbs+, expect to see your name hanging from one of our updated pendants above the front desk by the end of this week!

New this year: We’re adding a Masters Division that will recognize any of our athletes ages 40 and up who qualified for one of the weight clubs. 

70% of our athletes achieved at least one PR on the Big 3. 

Congrats to all the heavy lifters! Stay strong. 💪
