

We’re another month closer to warmer weather and outdoor exercise! After an incredibly eventful February, we’re excited to keep the good vibes going in March as we prepare for the spring season.
Our next training cycle starts March 16!
We’re mastering the “Big 3” (Back Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) for our 500-1,000lb Club testing while building the engine for Murph with dedicated running and bodyweight conditioning. Expect a full overview soon!

Fun fact: When Coach Sergio first walked into a CrossFit gym, he could not do a single-under with a jump rope. Some even say he cannot do one to this day! (His words, not ours. 😂)

Thanks to everyone who made our annual Defined Bingo Night an enormous success—we raised and donated $3,100 for the National Immigrant Justice Center.
