We’re halfway through the first macro cycle of the year (an 8-week cycle made up of two 4-week micro cycles), preparing ourselves for the CrossFit Open and Defined Intramurals later this month! If you missed the cycle recap, take a moment to understand the “why” behind what we do.

Booze, bingo, and a good cause: What’s not to love?
Defined Boozy Bingo Night is back, and this year all proceeds benefit the National Immigrant Justice Center.
Join us Friday, February 20 at 6:30 p.m. in our space for a night of friends and fun. Your event ticket includes 10 games (6 cards per game + 1 dauber).

Join us for an inclusive, in-house competition welcoming all fitness levels on Sunday, March 1, Sunday, March 8, & Friday, March 13.
Modeled after the CrossFit Open, Defined Intramurals keeps registration, leaderboard, and competition in-house. Workouts are released each week for 3 weeks of friendly competition within our community.
Register by Friday, February 20. The cost is $25 and includes a shirt.
You can also register up to the day of our first event (Sunday, March 1), but you’ll miss out on your awesome shirt (and who wants that!?).

Shout-out to our Olympic Weightlifting athletes who competed at the USAW Chicago Open last weekend! We had nine members compete–-with many first-timers and many PRs!
